Tyche Build participated in the development of an 11-unit residential building located at 2616 South 18th Street in Philadelphia. The project involved the construction of a new multi-family structure designed to provide modern housing while contributing to the continued growth of the surrounding neighborhood.

1538 Frankford Avenue Mixed-Use Philadelphia, PA

Project Type: Mixed-Use Residential & Retail Development
Tyche Build participated in the redevelopment of 1538–1544 Frankford Avenue, a modern mixed-use project located in the heart of Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood. The development consists of a four-story building featuring 12 residential condominium units above ground-floor retail space, contributing to the continued revitalization of the Frankford Avenue commercial corridor.
The project involved coordination of construction planning, structural development, and interior build-out to create contemporary urban residences alongside commercial storefront space designed to support local businesses.

Project Type: 3O Residential Development
Rev Row is a 30-unit townhouse development designed to bring modern urban housing to Philadelphia. Tyche Build provides construction management and development coordination for the project, overseeing planning, execution, and project delivery.
The development features contemporary multi-story homes designed to meet the needs of today’s urban homeowners while contributing to the continued growth of the surrounding neighborhood.
